Hi , when i use the smart search i got an error. And no addition information is shown. I use the latest version of QVR Pro an don the qnap nas version 5.2.9.3451 firmware is running . On the NAS QVR-PRO version 2.7.4.1485 is running .
Hi @renevk the current screenshot only shows a generic Smart Search task error that we cannot determine the exact cause from the UI alone.
Cloud you help to get 2 debug log:
- The debug log from QVR Client.
- The debug log from QVR Smart Search.
And then message me privately or apply for a Support Ticket to share the Debug Log with us for analysis?
As you reply in the topic about “QVR Pro vs. QVR Surveillance” , i prefer to migrate (without data) to the QVR Surveillance first instead of trouble shooting Qvr Pro. After that i will again see if it is working.
