I have a QNAP: NAS1C96F0 …since a QuFirewall update, I have been experiencing these problems.

That seems to be the automatically generated name from NAS setup, but that’s not the NAS model.
Also what is the actual error message? Just that there is a message ?

You can reset the firewall and other settings back to default, since there is no other information to provide advise on.

QuFirewall problem after update

After a recent update to QuFirewall, the app will not retain the selected profile (restricted security) and reverts to the basic protection profile, which makes the NAS inaccessible. Manually restoring the profile to restricted security corrects the problem temporarily, but the profile selection later reverts to basic protection.
