Expand capacity

Hi,
I have a TS-233 with a 4tb disk in it, but I want to expand with another 4tb disk, so that I have a total disk of 8tb.
Can I do it without deleting what I have on the existing disk?

I am aware that I will not get a backup, but I do not have one now.
And yet I do back up the important files to another NAS.

Only id you used storage pools (then you can add another single disk to the pool)

Orherwise not poasible (spanning JBOD or RAID0 would kill the data on the array on conversion)

Also…do not mix up RAID with backups
