Extremely slow upload on firmware 2.7.0 build 20260224

The latest firmware update for the Qhora 322 is massively slow with my PPPoE connection. I have 2.3Gbps up, but can only achieve at most 3Mbps. Everything else works absolutely fine, just the upload is hobbled.

Had to roll back to previous firmware as it’s unusably slow.

Best to open a ticket for that

I’m guessing you’ve found the issue(s), as the firmware appears to have been withdrawn and has vanished from the downloads page. Would be interested to know why it was taken down?

Sorry, I’m not sure whether the reason this version was taken down is related to the issue you mentioned, but I’ll check with the relevant team. Of course, if you’re willing to open a support ticket, that would be the most direct way to get your issue resolved. Thanks!

Hey Robbie,
I’ve experience exactly the same issue with my WAN 1000/100 PPPoE connection.
After the automatic update apply to my QHore322 by QuWAN Orchestrator (2.6.4.001 → 2.7.1.048) the upload totally collapsed.
I still got a good upload sitting ~900-950… but the upload crash from 100 to 0.15.
I had to do a full factory reset and downgrade back to 2.6.4.001.
Everything went back to normal after that.

Like you, surprisingly the 2.7 firmware has been remove from the Support Download page… but it’s still shown on the Release note page.

Hi Steve, is there any update on the progress of the 2.7.x firmware? I am eager to update as the new dashboard is much better than the one we have on previous versions.

Thanks

Never mind, after looking at the release page I could see a new set of release notes, and after a little bit of investigation was able to find the download.

I am very pleased to report that not only has the upload been fixed, the download is now also consistently much faster, I am now averaging 2Gbps download and 1.8Gbps upload.

I very much did this at my own risk I would not encourage anyone else to do what I did! But why were the release notes published but not the download link?
