After a recent upgrade of NetBak PC Agent to ver. 1.2.0 and Hyper Data Protector to ver. 2.2.0, backups have stopped.
Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution?
The problem is affecting three Windows Server at my place, so the problem is due to a software error after the update, in my opinion.

On the QNAP Hyper Data Protector side, the error from the post topic appears: "Failed to update NetBak PC Agent inventory’.
On the Windows Server 2019 Essential side, an error appears of which I took a screenshot error code: 200 and more from screenshot.
Either way I will indeed send a ticket.
Same problem on windows 11 client. After update of NetBak PC Agent to ver. 1.2.0 and Hyper Data Protector to ver. 2.2.0, backup is not stopped. Obtain same error and no more control from NetBak. Check if the HDP protector console on QNAP still working for already setted backup work, but cannot control from NetBak PC Agent, so cannot make change or new backup for new clients.
Hope Qnap release a solution for this…

I have open ticket in this topic, and one minute ago I’v got message, that the problem is solved, they are testing it and it will be upgrade 1.2.1 what fix it.
