It would be really nice if QNAP had a bare metal backup and recovery feature for the NAS. Right now, it’s a very manual process where you have to restore either from snapshots or an HBS backup and then you have to recreate all the shared folders manually, move files around after they are recovered, etc. It’s a very manual and time consuming process. Bare metal restores would be so much better.
