File size limit? Qsync upload failing for files larger than 1GB

Hi,

I am syncronizing a media library using Qsync. Upload is failing for all files larger than 1 GB. Is there as a size limit setting somewhere?

The NAS is a TS-464 with 4 disks in a raid 5 volume

Hi @FriendlyPear I have confirmed with the Qsync team that the current limit for a single file should still be up to 500GB.

The 1GB file cannot be uploaded may be due to other reasons, could you help to check is that 1GB file format included in your Qsync filter settings?

Hi,

Thanks for checking - that limit was also what I expected. I didn’t see anything in the filter either.

Eventually, the larger fines started showing up on the volumen several hours after they had been uploaded. Seems weird to me, but then again, this is my first experience with a RAIDed system and it was a newly setup system. Perhaps it was not quite done setting it self up at the time (although it reported ready).

Things appears to be working now
