Hi, I’ve got 2nd hand TVS-473e and just initialized with a disk and I can’t update firmware due to the mistery error “102” which in QuLog resolves to the error in the thread title.
I’m on 4.5.1.1465 Build 20201024, and the updater wants to update to 5.0.1.2425 Build 20230609.
Also the AppCenter doesn’t work at the moment (no pending updates, no other apps to install). (“[App Center] Updates are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. If this issue persists, contact QNAP customer service.”)

Any ideas?

If it’s a new NAS install just go to the current firmware directly

Now it works :slight_smile: . Also the AppCenter works OK after a reboot. Thx!
