Has 'forum.qnap.com' been discontinued?

Currently getting “504 Gateway Time-out” when attempting to load up the old qnap forum. There is still some very relevant information on there. Has it been disbanded?

The old forum occasionally times out, maybe it’s still under attack once in a while
