HBS - New Job - Cannot turn off version management

QNAP TS-453A with QTS 5.2.6 installed.
Running NBS 3, version 26.1.0.723

Source = QNAP TS-453A
Destination = QNAP TS-119 over RTRR

My issue is that I’m creating a brand new backup job. I do not want version management enabled. On the Schedule tab, Version Management is ON, with the options on the right hand side look greyed out (but they are usable) excluding the tick box for “Enable Version Management”.

Any ideas? I have rebooted the source QNAP, and restarted the HBS service.

Try creating your backup job again and make sure version management is disabled before setting up a backup schedule. Once the schedule is set up w/version management enabled, it becomes an incremental backup. This is really what you want in reality. But if you just want a straight backup, then make sure it is unchecked initially otherwise it can’t be turned off.
