I’m using Q-Nap Nas from at least 10 hears. Never I had problems.
Recenty I bought a new one Ts231P for backyp an sharing data between office users and remote clients.
Unfortunatly I begin to have some compatibility problems width my old Ts-210 and I cannot sincronize my g-drive and one-drive account.
This is a grate default…
Some suggestions?

What exactly are your trying to to and exactly how are you sharing the NAS with external users (please never ever ever expose a QNAP NAS directly to WAN via port forwards or upnp) ?
The TS-210 will be too old to have current google cloud authentication methods
