HBS3 stuck at 5%

Have a daily Active Sync set up from OneDrive to my NAS.
It’s been running fine for years.
Last few days it gets stuck at 5% so nothing is backed up.

the same here.
I set up a sync of my OneDrive in HBS3, but the sync is stuck at 5%.
I already recreated the OneDrive connection and sync profile.
How to fix this?

Open HBS3 and choose “storage spaces” . See if you are still connecting to Onedrive. If not, redo connection.

Having the same issues here … New backups stuck at 5% for one drive. Anyone ideas? This is a critical issue (obviously).

I have the same issue and it started about a week ago. My sync job is from the local NAS to a Backblaze B2 cloud storage. The scheduled job is stuck at 5%. Stopping the job and starting it manually works fine.
Tried to recreate the sync job from scratch but it did not help.

Hello, I’ve the same issue, in more than one environment, scheduled job stuck at 5% and if I stop and restart manually it works. Tried to reconnect the destination with RTRR but the problem remain, did your resolved?
