After the latest HD Station 4.2.20 update on my TS-453Bmini and every time the NAS restarts, the HD Station services, despite running, display a black screen on the HDMI output. It is necessary to restart the app for the HD Station screen to display correctly on the HDMI output. This happens every time NAS is rebooted. With older versions works fine.
I have the same problem on my 3 NAS’s that run HDS. I think it is a bug in Cayan Media Viewer. In my case HDS actually runs, but then CMV logs me out 10 seconds later.
If I watch the monitor during a reboot HDS comes up for 10 seconds then it goes to the black scree n you are seeing. You can get HDS to work by going to QTS in a browser and :Control Panel”, “Hdmi display applications”, “Restart”.
