I have updated my HDP backup apps both on my TS-262 and my Windows 11 PC. I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled. Recreated the volume, repository and shared folder. However when I try a backup it stops at Preparing. I have left it running for hours but no progress. Am I alone and need to raise a support ticket or is this a “feature” of the new versions? It is a major problem as I have removed my existing backups as part of trying to fix this and whilst I have external HBS backups I’m not sure they would be readable with the new versions.
You probably need a ticket. After weeks of not working, I backed up all 7 of my pc’s today and made new boot thumb drives (since all the software was new). Took most of the day.
