Hi, I want to comment on the use of the cloud space with the “personal vault” function.
I have mount the acces to the qnap storage space using the Hybrid mount system available with the NAS QNAP, actually my model is TS-230. My goal is to have sensible data stored in the cloud secured with the “Personal vault” being accesible from all my devices, mobile phone included.
The problem is that I have access to the cloud storage, but since it is secured I have no way to see the secured files from my devices. It is only accesible from the QNAP once you enter the encription password.
Is there a way to access secured files from my mobile ?
I have not used this feature as yet, have you asked QNAP support at all to resolve or at least tell you want can be done in this situation?
