You need to open a ticket with QNAP
I’ve got a response from Support that community.qnap.com / qnap.com are independent from QnapID and I should contact administrators here. But how do I PM anyone? It seems there is no such option?
I have changed your user level, you can send PM’s now. (strange that QNAPs support could not direct your request to the correct QNAP employee though)
Wow, I knew the site was rough after the move, but didn’t expect this rough… Support ticket sent, just to change an email.
I’d rather have them answering real issues with their customers…
I mean, was an email change easy on the old forum?
