How do I change Community email?

How do I change my Community account email? I’ve changed my QnapID mail, but cannot find how to change this one.

You need to open a ticket with QNAP

I’ve got a response from Support that community.qnap.com / qnap.com are independent from QnapID and I should contact administrators here. But how do I PM anyone? It seems there is no such option?

I have changed your user level, you can send PM’s now. (strange that QNAPs support could not direct your request to the correct QNAP employee though)

Wow, I knew the site was rough after the move, but didn’t expect this rough… Support ticket sent, just to change an email. :confused: I’d rather have them answering real issues with their customers…

I mean, was an email change easy on the old forum?
