QFinder Pro v7.13.2 cannot see it. Advanced IP scanner cannot find it.
Trying the 169.254.100.100 IP didn’t work. I disconnected everything, rebooted, connected one computer and there still was nothing at 169.254.100.100.
The manual shows on the backside a “Reset switch”. There is NO reset switch or pinhole in the back of the switch.
Is there any other way to access it (and update firmware or activate bonding)?

Maybe post a picture of the back. Do you have a management port? When you connected your PC only, did you set a manual IP in the same subnet?
There is a serial management port in the back but the manual states: “Management port can only be used by QNAP engineers in emergencies, it is not for users disposal.”
I bought it new and never set a manual IP (as I never needed to get into the web interface).
Correction: It does not have an RJ45 Management Ethernet port only a Console Port (sorry for the mixup).
User says it’s a non ‘M’ switch (so unmanaged)
