How to acess help

I now have an issue to send a message to the help center as the method in the QNAP Authenticator just get me in the same loop of getting a 2phase message when I’m already logged in .

Am I doing something wrong, as this has been a problem for me ever since I began using QNAP ?

Just disable 2FA
