How to mount an Unmounted Volume?

I have an EC-TS1680U which is configured with a mix of HDD and SDD, and a mix of various RAID 1 and 5 across a few Pools and Volumes. Cache SSD is installed in RAID 1.

The system did not have much RAM so I planned an upgrade. Despite checking carefully, I inadvertently inserted what turned out to be incorrect RAM, switched on and the system would not boot. So RAM was removed and the system booted OK. However all was not well.

All of the volumes are now showing “Unmounted”.

All of the storage pools are showing “Error”.

And I can’t seem to recover from this.

I’ve had a look around this excellent forum and no relevant help seems to be available.

The system boots OK and all apps are available (but won’t update). A run round all the available QTS or Storage Manager options does not provide any options. All snapshots are showing blank (no files present). Can’t see anything in File Manager, as might be expected.

I could do with some help with this issue and would appreciate any advice on how to recover from this situation.

what does md_checker via SSH say?

With a complicated setup, it may be worthwhile to engage with QNAP support.
