Hi, could someone help generate my Cloud Key? I’m locked out of my TS-233 NAS after the admin password reset to the Cloud Key with a recent firmware update, and I don’t have a sticker with it on the unit. My MAC1 address is: xxxxxxxxx I’m in Sydney Australia and stuck completely Thanks in advance for your help.

You need to remove all drives and then use Qfinder to extract the CloudKey

I removed your Mac address some nobody can take over your newly setup NAS from afar.
