Issues adding IMOU dual channel camera

Hello guys! I checked the “imou” word in the community and I havent found information.
I purchased the IMOU IPC S7XP 10M0WED, this one is dual channel (two cameras, fixed and mobile in one device).
I am trying with Surveillance station and with QVR Elite and both find the camera but it is impossible to connect and get image… has anyone fighted with an issue like this?
The idea is not to purchase a DVR device, I want to use the Qnap NAS as storage…

In this compatibility list, the model is missing :frowning:

Not sure why this post not appear at the time it posted.
For cameras not in the list, ususally QVR may use RTSP or ONVIF protocol to connect to the device. But it may need some proper information like port or stream path (when using RTSP)

These information might noted in Camera’s manual. And those are required to let QVR know where to connect. Otherwise for doing formal integration, we’ll need access to that device to check what’s going on.
