License Manager information confusion

There are a bunch of statuses for these licenses, and I don’t understand why they’re divided into so many categories.

Also, the differences aren’t very clear. For example, what’s the difference between “Unused” and “Not Yet Applied”? Doesn’t “Expired” count as “Invalid”? I don’t want to see such detailed categories—I just want to know which ones are working normally and which ones are not/expired. Fewer categories would actually make things clearer.

Also, why do expired licenses keep showing at the top? I don’t care about the ones that are already expired—they just take up space.
