Good morning. I performed an Advanced System Restore and I can’t log in through qfinderpro. I tried with “admin” and the cloud key retrieved from the box documentation (where the QR is) but I can’t. If I try to connect through install.qnap.com it says “Unable to connect to the device”. Everything is connected to the same network and the same sub-mask via cable.

What NAS do you have? What version of the OS are you running? Have you done the 3 second reset?
I have a TS233. I reset it 15 seconds ago. I had already initialized the NAS, but I made a mistake and decided to repeat the initialization. When I launch Qfinder Pro, it sees the NAS. The NAS status is classified as initialized, but it doesn’t accept the admin/cloud key login or any of the logins entered during the initialization.

Please post in English. I understand it may not be your native language but it is easy to translate. I did it once for you. Now it is your responsibility to translate this. No further help from me until I can read the message. This is an English forum please.
Did you hear a beep sound after performing the reset?
Please note that the NAS requires some time to boot up after a reset. If the red light is flashing, the system is not yet ready, and you will not be able to log in. Please wait for the boot process to complete before attempting to log in again.
Additionally, I would like to confirm if you have already checked the FAQ provided by other members above? Thank you!
