Lost access to QNAP- password reset

Hi

I lost complete access to My NAS TS233, its a number of years old,

Could not ping it, the Q finder would not let me login

I reset my admin by pressing the reset for 3 seconds, now i can ping the unit and I now get the log in page through the Q finder. I am wired directly to the NAS, I tried the suggestions, Std password , mac address neither work. I do not have the Nas cloud Key thing.as my NAS was before this was thought of does anyone have any ideas.
