Hi. I have a TR-004 set up to individual disks, and all of a sudden one is not mounting. Please see attached images. The QNAP software says the drive is fine, but I cannot mount it. Any ideas?
What does it show when you click on the “Warning” item. Possible your disc is going bad…

Disk Info Page (Disk 1 Warning): This page monitors the physical health of your drives. The “Warning” status on Disk 1 indicates that its S.M.A.R.T. attributes (e.g., bad sectors or reallocations) have exceeded the manufacturer’s safety threshold.
RAID Group Page: This displays the logical structure of your data. Even if the RAID status shows as healthy, a single failing physical disk (Disk 1) can cause I/O delays or prevent the volume from mounting correctly on macOS.
Recommended Actions:
Priority 1 - Data Backup: If you can still access any files, please back up your critical data immediately.
Check Disk 1 S.M.A.R.T. Details: Go to the Disk Info page and check the specific S.M.A.R.T. values. If the “Reallocated Sector Count” is high, we recommend replacing the drive.
