Multiple Users Same Files

I just bought a TS-h1290FX to use for large file review. I have 12 colleagues that will be in the same room hitting the NAS concurrently to review 25-30 TB’s of files. I am going to have it populated with u.2 drives. I’m adding a PCIe card with two additional 25gbe NICs. I am using a DLink DXS-1210-28T (Four 25gbe ports and 25 10gbe RJ45 ports) for both uplink and downlink. I plan on using LACP on the four 25gbe NICs to increase the uplink size and avoid that as the bottle neck. Each endpoint computer (windows PC) will be using the QNAP thunderbolt to 10gbe adapter.

Now that you understand the usage and the network topology, what is the best way to set this up for concurrent usage (up to 12 users) on some of the same files? Any tips on setting up the NAS, filesharing, and workflow would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I don’t umderstand what info you are looking for. Setup one or several SMB shares and just go for it.
