My Qnap Hyper Data Protector dosen't start anymore.

As in the description. My backup system whant start any more. This happened (atleast if i recall it correctly) after removing the domain master on this qnap TS-464
with os version QTS 5.2.6.3195 Build 20250715. And even if i uninstall and reinstall it it dosen’t work anyway. So there must be a settings file for it thats still there which i was hoeping to remove or configure it again my self.
Would be glade if some one could sheed a light on this

Also, please provide more information to help us clarify the problem:

  1. Could you clarify what you mean by domain master? Are you referring to a DNS Server or a domain controller?
  2. Is the issue with HDP that the application won’t launch, or is the backup job not running correctly?
