Hi @wpp the Error code -11 means your NAS can NOT connect to myQNAPcloud service, you can check the connection between the NAS and the external network (such as Google), and then check the connection between the NAS and these myQANPcloud services.
The UI in the screenshot looks very old so I guess the QTS version may be QTS 4.5.4 or earlier? The early version of myQNAPcloud link can only support TLS 1.0 or 1.1, you can can check the TLS version in Control Panel.
