To thank you for your support of QNAP and to help users complete their initial setup and usage more smoothly, we are committed to providing a better service experience. Starting today, we are launching a special “30-Minute Free NAS Online Installation Tutorial” event exclusively for Taiwan forum users.

If you encounter difficulties during installation or setup, or wish to have a professional guide you through the initial configuration, please refer to the information below to register.

2. Terms & Conditions

To ensure service quality and the security of your personal information, please read the following instructions carefully:

  1. Registration Method and Personal Data Protection: Registration must be done via private message (PM) to the moderator. For your information security, do not leave your name, phone number, email, or any personal contact information in replies to this announcement or in any public forum area.

  2. Event Period: This service is available from now until March 31, 2025. Please take advantage of this opportunity if needed.

  3. Limited Slots: This service is limited to 5 users per week, processed in the order private messages are received, until full.

  4. Service Duration: Each online tutorial session is limited to 30 minutes.

  5. Scheduling: After submitting your application, the actual tutorial time will be arranged and confirmed by customer service, so please pay attention to your phone or email.
