NAS always offline / Myqnapcloud acces

Hi,

After the last update of Myqnapcloud, NAS and Qfile pro, we can’t access the NAS with myqnapcloud link, also the NAS always appear as offline in myqnapcloud statut…

so no we configure DDNS to acces from outside but this update has create some bugs and changes…any solutions explications ?

Hi @krzysztofp thanks for the report, we have confirmed that myQNAPcloud Link 2.4.71 has an issue on ARM devices and are immediately fixing it. The new version is currently being tested and we will to release it as soon as possible. If anyone need version 2.4.66 in the next couple of days, please let me know.

Please never ever ever expose a NAS directly via port forwards, highly dangerous data suicide.

Use a VPN (no does not cost anything) instead, until CloudLink was fixed.
