Need old firmware img-file for TS-231P (firmware QTS 4.3.6)

Dear community,

i have still QTS 4.3.3 (issued 2017!) on my QNAP NAS TS-231P, but i want to use the most recent firmare QTS 5.x.x.

The oldest still available firmware on todays QNAP download page ist QTS 4.5.5, but the TS-231P can not be flashed directly from 4.3.3 to 4.5.5. I need QTS 4.3.6 as a step in between.

My issue is that there is no working download link for the 4.3.6 anymore and the QNAP support does not understand my problem.

Is there someone who can provide me this file?

Really? Did you explain/show to them the error message if you try to upgrade directly?

Don’t do this manually; instead, use the “Update Firmware” button. That should work. Keep doing this until you reach version 5.2.10.

The GERMANY download page still offers version 4.5.4.
