New virtual machines always resort to ipv6

I have a TS-453mini version 5.2.5. I am trying to create a Linux virtual machine using Debian 11. Even though I manually set a IPV4 address, it always ends up with a IPV6 address. I have no idea why this always happens. I’ve looked through the documentation and online help with no solution found.
Any Ideas???

Just disable IPv6 on your VM then, no ?
