one-way synchronization, do not delete backup destination

Hello, I created a one-way synchronization job from Qnap-1 Device to Qnap-2 Device.

It assigns qnap-1 data to qnap-2 device. but I want to make a setting like this.

A file deleted in qnap-1 should not be deleted in qnap-2. It is currently being deleted. How do I set it this way?

Edit the sync job. Under Rules select Policies. Scroll down to the first item under advanced settings.
