Problem Adding ONVIF Nedis Camera

Hi,

I have a Nedis Camera WIFICI12CWT. I have enabled ONVIF and i can perfectly view the stream from app in my network like in MacOS. So i know the username/password/IP and network connection is OK. The network is flat.

I just installed the QVRPRO to try and get the camera so i can make a night recording of specific times and be able to export it easily. I then follow the steps of the adding the camera, it is found in the scanning automatically, so i select it.

Then nothing, the test button gives a error. Stuck in connecting and no image in the preview. I also play with the different models (like S or S+T but nothing)

I’m curious about the network adapter as it says that with the card1 no connection with the camera. Again QNAP is on the same network (flat), the camera ONVIF is working from another computer stream.

Any ideas ?

I opened a ticket and they solve it. It had to do with some ONVIF settings on QVR PRO.
