i’m trying to remove snapshots via CLI because snapshot manager is stuck in loading, but system returns this error:
Failed to delete snapshot snap10001 due to wrong passphrase
What is the NAS model and firmware?

But I’ve never seen a button on this forum that says “+ Create Service Ticket”.
