Problem with 559 Pro II (Red Light)

Hi,

I’ve got a QNAP 559 Pro II and this week after a huge storm, my home became without energy.

When the energy returned, my QNAP status was showing an ilegible text (some code i guess).

I rebooted my NAS, and it didnt workout.

It seems that it lost all configuration because the IP changed.

I also noticed that the LED in bay 5 is always lit.

Did you not have the NAS on a UPS?

Also, is there backups present ?

Please try to shut down the NAS, remove all hard drives, and then power it on again to see if that resolves the issue.

Additionally, if convenient, could you please provide a photo of the device and a screenshot of Qfinder? Thank you!
