[ qBittorrent ] How to move files after completed downloading

in qBittorrent Options under the Downloads tab, there is an option to “Copy .torrent files for finished downloads to:” however I can’t get this to work.

I wanted to use this to detect when all files have been downloaded so I can copy them over to my Plex server. Are there any other ways of detecting when downloads have completed?

You need to put incomplete downloads somewhere else if you expect it to get moved.

It works fine for me.
