Hi everyone. I’m automating file uploads from an Android phone to my NAS using Qfile Pro, but I can’t figure out how to upload the files without replicating the folder structure from the phone. I’ve read that there’s a configuration option for this, but I can’t find it. Does anyone know if that option still exists?
Qfile Pro has 3 options:

Qsync = fully configurable one way / two way sync

Auto Upload = transfers multimedia files to a selected folder - with options
-
Auto Upload from Selected Folders = transfers files and preserves the folder structure
If you want to upload files to and from user created folders, use option 1
Note that the app interface can be confusing, so look for options like “Set Location” and “Done” in the corners - and you may have to swipe up / down to see them…
May we ask — are you looking to upload files from different folders on your phone into a single folder on your NAS? Could you give an example to help us understand your use case and what you’re trying to achieve? Thanks!
What I would like is to set up different folder pairs. For example, if I have folders A and B on my phone, I would like to have a folder C on the NAS where folders A and B can be copied. In other words, I would like to be able to set up a couple of rules to define this.
The problem with merging the contents of folders A and B into C is that I may have files with the same name, and I don’t think it is appropriate to have to rename them.
The current option that allows me to select folders without maintaining the phone’s folder structure — “2. Auto Upload = transfers multimedia files to a selected folder – with options” — only allows multimedia files. It does not allow me to select paths containing documents.
In short, what I would like is to be able to specify: copy folder A from my phone, including everything it contains, to folder C on the NAS.
You can do that with Qsync (Synchronisation Tasks) with the Paired Folder Settings > Sync Settings set to “One way sync from device”.
You can create multiple sync jobs with a choice of 2way, 1way to NAS, 1 way to device.
i.e. Set up one way sync from “A23 Mobile phone\Internal storage\DCIM\Camera” to “Temporary” folder on NAS.
Fire up Qfile Pro > Login to NAS > Transfer > Qsync (top option) > Go
Nas Folder > “Temporary” > Set Location (bottom right)
Device Folder > “DCIM” - [ tap “Yes” at the “Are you sure…” prompt ] - “Camera” > Set Location (bottom right)
Selective sync > up to you
Paired Folder Settings > Sync method > One-way sync from device
NEXT (top right)
File Transfer Settings > pick your options
DONE (top right)
Decide on if you want Qfile Pro to run in the background and send notifications
That’s it. If you go back to the File Transfer page “Qsync” will have changed to “Qsync Synchronisation Tasks” and the job will be listed with the option to edit etc. If you want to add more folder pairs, tap the existing job’s “edit” icon, and on the “Manage Pairs…” page tap the ⊕ symbol towards the top right. 1 or 2 way sync is on a per folder pair basis.
Note that if you want to return Qfile Pro to it’s default state you have to delete any tasks, logout of any attached NAS and delete them - or uninstall and reinstall the app.

The use case is covered with QSync, using the 1-way to NAS configuration. I need to test it. Thank you very much for your help!
