Qfinder Pro and Configuration Option not working.

Greetings Group… I was just wondering if anyone else has the issue with Qfinder Pro and the configuration icon not working. I have a TS-451 NAS with version 7.12.1 of Qfinder Pro all running from a Windows 10 machine. When I select the configuration icon, the program allows me to enter my username and password. The program looks like it is trying to load the then says “not responding” and then shuts down. Everything else seems to be working but the configuration option. Any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated.

Best to open a ticket with QNAP support.

QFinder should only be needed to find your NAS on a new installation, afterwards… no need for QFinder to stay on your machine (should be uninstalled then)

Thanks for the reply. Qfinder is on a couple of other machines and works fine there. I was just wondering if anyone had experienced this due to possibly some Windows security setting.
