Qfinder pro in windows 11

I have a TS-469 pro and I’m able to connect to it under windows 10 but now that we have to move to windows 11 I can see it in the list and see all the settings in QFinder but I’m not able to browse the shared files, click on “network drives” and it comes back with "Failed to connect with network drives on Qnap-nas. windows 10 does not have this problem.
This is a Home Network, no servers

Also want to add this is on a home network, no server

Could you please tell us what firmware version your NAS is currently running?

In the meantime, here are two directions you can try:

  1. Reset Credential Manager: Please refer to Solution 1 in this article:
How to fix the “Enter network credentials“ error when connecting to my NAS on Windows 10 or later? | QNAP

  2. Disable SMBv1: New versions of Windows 11 no longer support SMBv1. You can find more information here:
    How to disable SMBv1 for QTS 4.2.6, 4.3.3 or 4.3.4? | QNAP

Let us know if either of these helps!

firmware version : 4.3.4.2814 Build 20240618
Serial: Q148I17221
Will try these this afternoon, Thanks
