QMAGIE crashes when I try to open my large gallery on my phone. This wasn’t a problem on my iPhone. When I open the gallery on my Android device, the app simply closes. The device has top-end specs and runs Android 16.
Could you let us know approximately how many files are in your large album? Also, could you provide the exact model of your phone for our reference? Thanks!
The gallery contains approximately 2,700 photos and videos. The phone model is the ZTE nubia z80 ultra.
