QmailAgent Lite auto logout

Is this normal for QmailAgent to auto logout and not able to login again to receive the emails until I enter my password again? I am referring to the QmailAgent app login password, NOT my email password.

I am using QmailAgent Lite, will I need to upgrade to the full QmailAgent to have this feature?

Where is the email hosted? Microsoft (outlook, hotmail) has been making people re-authenticate.
