Qmusic not connecting to NAS

Hardware:

TS-264 8G, FW: QTS 5.2.8.3359

App: Qmusic Android, Version: 3.36.0825

Latest Android 16 on a Pixel 9.

The following behavior has recently appeared both on the local network and via VPN:

When I start the Qmusic app, it tries to establish a connection with the NAS.

The app’s dialog first shows: “Connecting” and then “Preparing,” but then it doesn’t go any further.

After that, it says “Connection failed.”

On the NAS, I can also see the connection in the log, but there is no error.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @Peter_Aschinger We have confirmed that the latest version of Music Station 5.4.6 may appears to be causing login failures. We are currently arranging to rollback to version 5.4.4 while we investigate the root cause.

Could you try manually install the previous version Music Station 5.4.4 using the link below to see if it resolves the connection issue? The version 5.4.4 works normally in our quick test.

Same issue here, cannot connect with android and Qmusic anymore to my NAS. Could fix it with downgrading of MusicStation as suggested

HI there, same problem here since yesterday, i unnistall the las version of qmusic and install manually the version 5.4.4 and the problem has solved, dont upgrade again.

Had the same issue and had to uninstall QMusic and then reinstall which used the earlier version.
