Hello, after updating the firmware on my TS-473, my QNA-UC5G1T is no longer recognized.
QTS version: 5.2.9.3499 Build 20260514 Released: 2026-05-22
Even after updating the Advanced Net Driver to 5.2.9.3499 Build 20260514, nothing changed.
I tried all front and rear USB ports, but it still wasn’t recognized.
I’ve already confirmed that the QNA-UC5G1T itself works fine and communicates normally on a desktop running Windows 11.
At the moment, I can only use the onboard Intel NIC at 1Gbps.
Downgrading to QTS version: 5.2.9.3492 Build 20260507 Released: 2026-05-13 didn’t help either.
When I reverted back to QTS version: 5.2.9.3451 Build 20260327 Released: 2026-04-02, it started working normally.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue on the latest version?
