QNAP 453 Pro

I purchased a used QNAP 453 Pro with QTS software 4.3.4, but I can’t login. Login credentials are not working anymore, although the old owner secured, that the given were correct.

I tried to reset, but nothing happens after pressing the reset button for 3 seconds.

The QNAP device is detected in my net as shown with the Qfinder, but I can’t configure anything, because of I need to login first.

Also tried the default user ‘admin’ and passwords ‘Admin’ and ‘admin’

I think it’s the LPC clock issue

If you put fresh disks in, old passwords do not matter…it would be always the firmware default one

Thanks, the advice to take off the hard disks and unplug for 8 hours helped. After that period I was able to login with user ‘admin’ and pw ‘admin’
