Hello, can anyone confirm if my QNAP 669L is out of firmware updates

Hi @bob1651 yes, the 669L has been EOL for many years and its latest firmware version is QTS 4.3.4

Thanks for the info. Ii guess if I carry on with this EOL model the security will become an issue?

It depends on what security means to you. If your NAS is not at all exposed to the internet in any way and you use it as a home file server, then it’s probably fine. If you are doing other things with it that have more users (like in an office environment) or are sharing files over myQNAPCloud, etc. then security might be something you want to think about…
