I am getting this alarm now for quite some time, and no matter what I’ve tried, it is still there. I am having a QNAP TVS-871, running the latest Firmware update 5.2.5.3145. I run Windows 11 Pro 24H2 on ThinkPads (and Macbooks, yes!) -though not sure this is relevant here.
When I open the app of Q’Center Agent and check the version, it shows as 1.12.4001 (20220813).
When I then open the app of Q’Center and check the version, it shows as 1.12.7050 (20250204).
The Q’Center has a “update agent” button, and whenever I am clicking it, it’s seems to be refreshing (but not sure whether an “update” is taking place anywhere, or not).
When checking the Q’Center Agent though, I can’t find any way to “update” its version, or at least check or direct me where the latest version is so as to download it and do a manual update/installation.
Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong and how to fix this?
