QNAP Alarm: "The NAS and Q'center have different versions of Q'center Agent installed"

Hello all,

I am getting this alarm now for quite some time, and no matter what I’ve tried, it is still there. I am having a QNAP TVS-871, running the latest Firmware update 5.2.5.3145. I run Windows 11 Pro 24H2 on ThinkPads (and Macbooks, yes!) -though not sure this is relevant here.

When I open the app of Q’Center Agent and check the version, it shows as 1.12.4001 (20220813).

When I then open the app of Q’Center and check the version, it shows as 1.12.7050 (20250204).

The Q’Center has a “update agent” button, and whenever I am clicking it, it’s seems to be refreshing (but not sure whether an “update” is taking place anywhere, or not).
When checking the Q’Center Agent though, I can’t find any way to “update” its version, or at least check or direct me where the latest version is so as to download it and do a manual update/installation.

Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong and how to fix this?

Could you tell us if this issue has occurred before? Also, what are your recent update records?

This information will help us understand the problem better.
