We have many QNAPs in myqnapcloud, but this one qnap we have always says it’s offline in the myqnapcloud portal and in AMIZcloud. It is reachable by the link and on the office network so not sure what is causing that. On this same QNAP, if I try to open the helpdesk it says it cand find the network connection and a “network fail” when i try to log into my QNAP ID on the helpdesk app. This is on older firmware because when I’ve tried to upgrade manually, it keeps telling me that the newest firmware is actually a downgrade.
In addition, Filestations 5 and 6 just stick on the loading symbol and dont load the files. This holds a live database so it is hard to just reboot during office hours (this also take a half hour to come back up at the least every time we reboot) but I wanted some advice on whether I can still upgrade the firmware even though it says it’s a downgrade and gives a warning. Curious if that would all fix the issues I’m seeing. The model is TS-431Xeu and currently still has firmware version 5.2.7.3256.
