I am using TX453A with firmware QTS5.2.9.3451 and i see that my external ugreen usb-c ethernet adapter no longer works. It worked fine before.If you need logs please let me know so i can fix this issue.

Did it happen after a firmware upgrade ?
Sometimes 3rd party devices (not on the compatibility list) can fall victim to driver updates.
its working again after reboot, not sure what happened exactly.Hopefully it was a fluke.
