I’ve been trying to log in to QFile Pro off and on all afternoon. Username and password are fine. But the 6 digit security code is not working. I’ve tried copy and paste, typing the 6 digits, typing with the space. No luck. I’m on an iPhone 16 iOS 26.0 beta. (Yes, I know, beta os. But this has happened many times in the past.)
What security code are you talking about ? The cloudkey? What are you trying to do anyways?
I enter my user name and password. All OK. I’m then asked for a six digit code sent to … well, that seems to change. There is a reference to my “aurhenticator app.” I have 3. When I finally track down the qnap code it does not work. Repeat, rinse about a dozen times. I hope that clarifies things. As you noticed, I’m a bit frustrated.
If you’re using an Authenticator app, are your NAS and iPhone system times in-sync? If one is too far out-of-sync, the generated code will always be rejected.
I think you can do a 3 second reset to get rid of the 2FA.
